A bridge connects the vertical development and microapartments with the horizontal arcade and maisonettes. As an energetic-consumption-optimised redensification, we have planned the energetic modernization of 18 existing apartments and the new construction of 12 apartments until the building permit is issued. Currently planned are a photovoltaic system, a tenant electricity model and underfloor heating with a heat pump.
