For a corner location in the east of Berlin, we prepared a feasibility study for a service living project.


We are curious and constantly develop our processes and expand our knowledge.


Since 2018, we have been using BIM (Building Information Modeling) to optimize our processes in the areas of masses, costs, tendering as well as exchange with project participants.


With our partners, we advise on new buildings with regard to sustainability in terms of life cycle and energy balance. In-house, we can prepare life cycle assessment calculations according to QNG.


We pursue sustainability in all projects, both in new construction with photovoltaics, heat pumps and tenant electricity models, and in products with regard to their life cycle and energy requirements


We are a member of the BIM Allianz as well as building smart Germany in order to stay up to date with the developments in the digitalization of construction and to continuously develop ourselves furth
