In the revitalization of an office building at Berlin’s Ostbahnhof station, we were able to hand over the first construction phase of a total of 7,200 m² of rental space to an IT service provider.

Since 2018, we have been using BIM (Building Information Modeling) to optimize our processes in the areas of masses, costs, tendering as well as exchange with project participants.
